About Me

Melahat has clinical research career spanning more than 25 years which includes research management at Massachusetts General Hospital and Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Her work moved her into the biopharma industry where she focused on many exciting and innovative research projects in large pharmaceutical companies, CROs, small start-ups, and small biotechnology companies. Her experiences in these diversified enviroments, along with her strong technical skills, allow her to be innovative, collaborative, creative, and flexible, qualities Melahat believes are crucial in today’s clinical research field and to successful management of clinical trials.

The best interest of the patient is at the core of all of Melahat’s decisions; her greatest passion is bringing health and healing to people who have suffered from various diseases. Her aim is to contribute to all aspects of research. She knows that no single approach is right for all projects, and she uses many modalities within her team to accomplish the best end result for the projects and patients.
